We usually use kraft paper and woven bags to wrap the razor wire. And there are three ways of loading.

In bulk loading: This way can well protect the blade from deformation and damage, but the space utilization rate is not high and the loading volume is smaller.

Bundle loading: This way can improve space utilization and save transportation costs but may cause damage to the blade.

Use carton: Put the razor wire roll in a carton; Specifications and brand information can be marked on the carton. The advantage of this is that it is easy to retail and promote the brand.

The packing concertina razor wire needs a lot of labor because each of the concertina razor wire coils is packed independently. The independent package is very necessary because of the shape razor blade will be crossed and cannot be separated if the razor tough together. First, need to pack the concertina razor wire with waterproof paper. The waterproof paper can prevent the water go into the concertina razor wire coil if raining. Then wrapped the coil with a plastic belt. The plastic belt is to prevent people’s finger from cutting when they carry it because of the blade is sharp and dangerous.

All these packing processes need to be done by labor. After the plastic belt wrapped, we need to press a lot of concertina razor wire coils to be a bundle to save space for increased loading capacity. Also, the bundle can be much easier for forklift loading. Loading in bulk is also acceptable, but only suggest do loading in bulk when the small quantity or the loading capacity will be very small.

Razor barbed wire can be loaded to containers in bulk( that is one by one), but this package will lose the quantity for one container.

Per coil razor barbed wire be packed waterproof paper inside with plastic belt wrapped or woven bag outside. Then 50 coils or 100 coils be a bundle with steel strip. Or as customers’ requirement to pack to pallet or carton box.

Also has customers’ request there is no waterproof paper inside. Just put razor wire directly into a carton.

The package of welded razor mesh is first rolled up and then bound with steel strip.
